Sergei Vasilyevich Rachmaninoff (1873 – 1943) was a composer and virtuoso pianist born in the Russian Empire and died in America.
This year is the 150th anniversary of his birth😃🎉
Rachmaninoff was known for having really wide hands about 22.6 cm (8.9 inches) which could span 12 piano keys easily.
His 2nd piano concerto and 3rd piano concerto (The video below) are ones of the most popular piano concertos among classical music lover around the world.
